Dana 18. prosinca 2019. godine Udruga HVIDR-a Karlovac je održala Izvještajnu Skupštinu u restoranu „Kristal“ Karlovac. Na Skupštini je bilo nazočno oko 40-tak članova koji su jednoglasno prihvatili pročitana izvješća svih tijela udruge.
